Our Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy regarding order changes, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Full Refunds (Our Mistake)
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
If we make an error with your order (e.g., wrong cake design, wrong flavour, missing items).
If the product you receive is damaged, spoiled, or of unsatisfactory quality due to our fault.
If we fail to respond to your important inquiry in a timely manner, leading to a significant issue with your order.
2. Order Cancellations by You
Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled pickup/delivery date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3 days (72 hours) of pickup/delivery are not eligible for a refund. At this stage, we will have already purchased specialty ingredients, scheduled our bakers, and turned away other orders for your date.
For custom-designed cakes (e.g., elaborate wedding or novelty cakes), a longer cancellation notice may apply (e.g., 7-14 days), which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
3. No Refunds
Refunds are not available if you simply do not like the taste of a product that was made correctly to our standard recipes.
We cannot offer refunds for perishable products that have been fully collected or delivered and then left unrefrigerated.
5. How to Request a Refund
Please contact us directly at using the info from our contact page to discuss any issues with your order. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
